Farbe Textile uses PolyPattern to optimize their process
Farbe Textile is one of the leading textile companies operating in all production processes from yarn to final product. The company was established in İzmir in 1996. Farbe Textile is distinctive for its designs. The design team closely follows trends with the help of inspirational travel to world fashion capitals and in depth R&D research.
One of the factors that play an important role in Farbe Textile’s success is the use of software especially developed for garment production. Farbe has been collaborating with Polytropon for the last 5 years in order to optimize their processes in the modeling and cutting rooms.
We asked Mehmet Yılmaz, Farbe Textile’s Sample Dept. Manager to share a bit more about their behind the scenes process that made them successful and how PolyPattern helped along the way.
“We attach great importance to making timely deliveries to our customers by making fast and flexible production. For this reason, it is very important for us to spend our time efficiently in order not to compromise on quality. We are a company that stands out among other manufacturers in terms of design. The process of correctly turning designs into production can be time-consuming, so we follow closely and keep up with developments in our sector.
With the software we used previously, our marker efficiency was low and our pattern development process was long. It was dıffıcult to use the software and teach our colleagues. In addition, it did not provide a solution to the low efficiency of markers.
PolyPattern in 2015 were: the software interface which greatly increased our pattern making efficiency, and the high marker efficiency.
